About Us
UCLA Bruin Run/Walk is one of twelve committees within UCLA's USAC Student Wellness Commission (SWC). We are responsible for organizing one of the biggest student-run events on campus every year: a 5K in the spring. It brings together students, UCLA faculty, and members of the greater LA community for a wonderful cause. All funds raised support The Painted Turtle, a year-round medical specialty camp for children who have serious medical conditions. All campers and their families attend free of charge. This year, we are excited to have our event in person on April 21st, 2024 in Wilson Plaza!
