My name is Angy and I am 4 years old! I was born with a rare condition called Microvillious Inclusion Disease and I had to have IV nutrition to stay alive for my first one-and-a-half years of life. Then I got my liver, small bowel and pancreas transplant at UCLA in March of 2010. Even though I have had my transplant, I still have to come to the hospital a lot. I really don’t like being stuck in my room and all the scary stuff that happens there. But I really, really like to go to the playroom and play with my friend and Child Life Specialist, Megan! I love princesses and I love to wear pretty dresses everywhere I go. I even have a dress for each of the Disney Princesses and I know the words to each of their songs!
